Living Accommodations
Summer school housing is available for students through the duration of their summer school courses. The application goes live April 10, 2024 and be available through the Mason Housing Portal. Summer school students will stay in the apartment-style residence hall. Students will be assigned their summer space as we move closer to the summer. *Residents enrolled in the full-session or Session F housing will need to have fall housing or be graduating at the end of the summer term. Residents graduating after completing the full summer session will need to move out of the residence halls by 9:00 a.m. on the day after their summer exams have ended. Residents with a fall booking must move to their fall academic year space in early August. The early arrival fee is waived for students in housing for the full summer session, Session F, and Session C.
***Students enrolled in sessions B or D are eligible for Summer 2024 extended stay/Fall 2024 early arrival and will be financially responsible for the early arrival fee of $60/night for the period between the end of their summer housing through August 23, when the academic year agreement begins. Students in housing for Sessions A, C, or D must complete the Fall 2024 Early Arrival Housing application when available.
