Early Arrival
Note: By Application Only
Eligibility: Upperclassmen and new students attending orientation on August 21.
Fee: $60 per night (waived if attending orientation or volunteering with MoveCrew).
Application Deadline: August 1, 2025 (via Housing Portal)
New Student Move-In
Check-In Location: Angel Cabrera Global Center (ACGC)
Pro Tip: Stick to your assigned move-in time to avoid congestion. Label all your belongings with your name, room number, and building to prevent them from getting lost.
Upper-Level Student Move-In

Process: Go straight to your unloading zone—no need to check in at ACGC.
Details: Watch for an email in July with instructions on selecting your move-in day.
