Potomac Heights is an apartment style hall housing about 500 upper-level students located next to the Aquatic and Fitness Center. Apartment style means two to six students in double and single bedrooms that share a bedroom, living room, and kitchen within the apartment. The building has lounges and study rooms for students to socialize and also has a shared laundry facility.

At Potomac Heights, you’ll find apartment-style living designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience. Here’s a simple breakdown of your room options and how many beds are in each:

Option 1: 2-Bedroom Apartment

Room Setup: 2 Single Bedrooms

What this means:

  • 2 total beds
  • Each student has their own private bedroom
  • You’ll share the apartment common areas (like the living room, kitchen, and bathroom) with one other roommate

Note: This layout is very rare, and availability is limited.


Option 2:  4-Bedroom Apartment

Room Setup: 4 Single Bedrooms

What this means:

  • 4 total beds
  • Each student has their own private bedroom
  • You’ll share the apartment common areas with three other roommates

Option 3: 2-Bedroom Apartment

Room Setup: 2 Double Bedrooms

What this means:

  • 4 total beds
  • Each student shares a bedroom with one other roommate
  • You’ll share the apartment common areas (like the living room, kitchen, and bathroom) with three other roommate

Option 4:  3-Bedroom Apartment

Room Setup: 3 Double Bedrooms

What this means:

  • 6 total beds
  • Each student shares a bedroom with one other roommate
  • You’ll share the apartment common areas (like the living room, kitchen, and bathroom) with roommates
