Presidents Park

Presidents Park is twelve traditional-style residence halls housing over 1,000 first-year students located on Patriot Circle. Traditional style means the rooms on the floor/wing share a community bathroom (with same gender). Most rooms are double or triple occupancy, but a few single rooms are available. Eisenhower Hall is a 24-hour service desk and community lounge located within Presidents Park. Additional lounge spaces are available throughout the buildings. Presidents Park is home to our College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Public Health, Costello College of Business, Creativity, Design & Expression, and Peace & Conflict Residential Learning Communities.

President's Park is split into two different communities. President Park 1 consists of Harrison, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, Washington, and Wilson Hall. President Park 2 consists of Adams, Jackson, Kennedy, Lincoln, Roosevelt and Truman Hall.

Presidents Park Room Layout Options

Traditional Single – A private bedroom for one student in traditional-style housing. Residents share a communal bathroom located on the floor. Traditional Single rooms are reserved for students with approved housing accommodations through the Disability Services Office.

Traditional Double – A bedroom shared by two students in traditional-style housing at Presidents Park. Residents share a communal bathroom located on the floor. This layout offers a classic residence hall experience within on-campus housing.

Traditional Triple – A bedroom shared by three students in traditional-style housing. Residents share a communal bathroom located on the floor. Rooms include bunked and lofted furniture to maximize space and support shared living.
